Custom Grand Entrance
Their song, their spotlight, their moment — a choreographed intro that sets the tone for the whole night.
Sweet Sixteens
One night, one spotlight, one guest of honor — and a party built entirely around them.
The Main Event
A Sweet 16 isn't a smaller wedding — it's its own kind of show, and it lives or dies on energy. Bello Entertainment produces high-energy Sweet 16s across New Jersey, Staten Island and Brooklyn with one rule: the guest of honor is the headliner. Custom grand entrance, spotlight dances, hype moments with their friends, and a soundtrack built from what they actually listen to.
Before the party we plan the whole arc with you and the birthday star — the entrance song, the candle ceremony, the father-daughter or mother-son dance, the surprise moments. On the night, our DJ and MC team runs it like a production: interactive dance motivators, games that actually get teens on the floor, and transitions timed so the room never goes flat.
And because half the room is family, we mix for everyone — today's hits for the dance floor, throwbacks that pull the parents up, and tasteful volume through dinner. From banquet halls in Old Bridge and East Brunswick to venues in Staten Island and Brooklyn, we bring the same production value to every room.
What's Included
Built on our packages — tailored to the guest of honor.
Their song, their spotlight, their moment — a choreographed intro that sets the tone for the whole night.
Games, hype moments and crowd work that actually get teenagers dancing — no empty floor, no awkward lulls.
Candle ceremony, parent dances, surprise videos — every planned moment produced with music, lighting and timing.
Cold sparks, CO₂ cannons and intelligent lighting available to turn the biggest moments into headline ones.
How the Night Flows
The whole party takes its cue from the first two minutes. We build the entrance around the guest of honor — their song, a scripted MC intro, the room's lighting dropped and re-lit on the beat, and cold sparks or CO₂ if you want the full concert moment. Court entrances and friend-group walk-ins are choreographed the same way.
Sixteen candles, done right, is the emotional center of the night — and it's the moment most DJs just wing. We plan it with you in advance: the order (family first, then friends, then the final candles), a song for each group, and MC lines that keep it moving without rushing it. Grandma gets her moment; so does the best friend.
A typical four-hour Sweet 16 runs: arrival music as guests find their tables, the grand entrance, dinner with the volume dialed for conversation, the candle ceremony and parent dance while everyone's still seated, cake — and then the floor opens and stays open. We sequence the formalities early on purpose: the last ninety minutes belong to the dance floor.
More and more of our Sweet 16s blend quinceañera elements — a court entrance, the waltz, a surprise dance, Spanish-language favorites alongside the Top 40. We plan bilingual announcements for the key moments and build the set so both sides of the family hear their music.
Where We DJ Sweet 16s
Middlesex County is home turf. Old Bridge — where rooms like The Grand Marquis host Sweet 16s nearly every weekend — plus East Brunswick, Edison, Woodbridge, Sayreville and New Brunswick. Big ballrooms, restaurant party rooms, multicultural crowds: we plan for the room you actually booked. More on our Middlesex County page.
Monmouth County Sweet 16s take us from Freehold and Marlboro to Manalapan, Middletown and the Matawan–Aberdeen corridor — the land of South Gate Manor, Buttonwood Manor and Addison Park. No travel fee anywhere in Monmouth. See the Monmouth County page.
Ocean County — yes, we come to you too. Sweet sixteen parties in Toms River, Brick, Jackson and Lakewood are a short ride from our base, whether it's a ballroom like The Versailles or a restaurant party room on the water.
Staten Island & Brooklyn: we're across the bridge regularly — from catering halls to restaurant party rooms like Angelina's Ristorante in Tottenville, where we've had families of every generation on the same dance floor. Details on our Staten Island and Brooklyn pages.

Good to Know
Yes — the grand entrance is the signature moment of every Sweet 16 we produce. Custom intro music, spotlight, and a hype moment built around the guest of honor's personality. Cold sparks and CO₂ are available to turn it into a concert-level entrance.
Our Sweet 16 packages start at $1,250 for professional DJ-only coverage; most families choose DJ + MC hosting, and effects like cold sparks, CO₂ cannons and photo booths are added à la carte. Every quote is flat and tailored to your venue, guest count and vision — see our packages or get the full pricing guide.
Yes — we produce it, not just announce it. Before the party we help you plan the candle order (family first, then friends, then the final candles), pick a song for each group, and script the MC intros so the moment flows. On the night, music, lighting and timing are all handled.
That's the craft. We blend today's hits for the dance floor with throwbacks that pull the parents and grandparents up too — reading the room live and shifting the energy as the night builds.
The guest of honor builds the must-play list — it's their night, and we play what they actually listen to. Parents set the rules: clean versions are our default for Sweet 16s, and the do-not-play list is honored no matter who requests a song.
Cold sparks for the entrance, CO₂ cannons for the drops, intelligent dance-floor lighting and the open-air photo booth are the most-requested. LED screens for a baby-photo montage are a favorite with parents. We'll help you pick what fits your venue and vision.
Four hours covers most Sweet 16s — arrival music, the grand entrance, dinner, the candle ceremony and formalities, and a long open dance floor to close. If your venue slot runs longer, extra coverage is a flat add-on we'll quote up front.
Yes — court entrances, the waltz, the surprise dance and bilingual announcements for key moments. Many of our Sweet 16s blend quinceañera traditions too, and we plan the music for both sides of the family.
We produce Sweet 16s across New Jersey — Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean Counties especially, from Old Bridge and East Brunswick to Freehold, Marlboro, Toms River and Brick — plus Staten Island and Brooklyn.
